It's just another case
of man mocking art
mocking man.
Go ahead.
Be a mocker.
This poem isn't really 'concrete' poetry. It's outline nearly resembles a triangle, but not quite, and because it is difficult to say with certainty what particular 'shape' the outline of the text creates, it becomes a small stretch to classify it as 'concrete.'
However, the 'framing' for this poem, is, I'm sure you will agree, something somewhat special. It is, in its own way, a metaphor, and so 'poetic'.
If you are interested in the source code for this poem and / or its frame, you will find the HTML and the CSS files available to peruse at your leisure.

p.s. While the css file validates fine, the htm file does not. I've done my best, but apparently the W3C validator doesn't like all of the nested divs that it took to create this. The source code for the validation falure page does list this comment, <!-- this case where validation fails but no error is listed should never happen --> So it's nothing serious then?
UPDATE: I have finally isolated the problem I was having with the image - I needed to eliminate a margin specification - which was set to zero, but for some reason removing it altogether made all of the difference - go figure. In addition, I had to add a blank p tag to keep from loosing the margin setting on the first - or last - 'step' or 'tooth'; well. Never mind. The main thing is it now appears the same in all four of my browsers.

Every
chance
encounter
every corner
every staircase
each and every curb
becomes a forcing function
it's an engineering term.
Did you just step in dog shit?
How was your measured pace,
dictated by some function
forcing footsteps to their place?
